Back to nature
We have replanted rosaceae, peach type, and buxaceae, boxwood type in our vines, in order to recreate a habitat for auxiliary fauna.

The very important choice of our rootstocks will influence the biological properties of the soils. Summer and winter plowing are practiced to have living soil: the roots must therefore descend into the soil to extract the essence.

In terms of oenology, we strive to use oxidation protection techniques on a ripe, healthy grape, using a minimum of sulfur and intervening as little as possible so as not to disturb the terroir of origin: Careful harvests, vinified in thermo-regulated tanks as well as aging with 228 liter barrels in new oak in our stone cellars, are all assets to allow our wines to become ennobled in your cellars.
