Produced in the Burgundy region of France by Domaine Maldant – Pauvelot. This 2015 vintage comes from the Burgundy appellation.
Aged in oak barrels already used to make great wines.
Aromas of red and black berries , wild strawberries, and redcurrants. Very lively on the palate, structured, the back , supple and round.

North East of Beaune in the direction of Dijon, the vineyard is on the right of the RD 974. Soil: Clay-Limestone Yield: 55hl / Ha
Cold maceration for 12 days under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the precursors of aromas and the color of oxidation. Fermentation in tanks at controlled temperature. 12-day fermentation, tender and delicate pneumatic pressing. Aging in oak barrels that have already been used to produce great wines.
