Description

A straw and steely yellow colour. Fine and persistent bubbles with a lush mousse. Notes of apple, citrus, marzipan and white flowers. Fresh and creamy bubbles, soft on the attack, while fruity, fresh and balanced.

Paco & Lola Cava is a sparkling Spanish wine from the Galicia community and produced by Vitivinicola Arousana cellar within the appellation D.O. Rias Baixas.

Lola by Paco & Lola Cava is blended with macabeo, parellada, xarel·lo grapes, under the umbrella of D.O. Rias Baixas.

Paco & Lola is a young, modern winery committed to a fresh way of making and experiencing wine. Known around the world for our sophisticatedly fun image, WE ARE THE POLKA-DOT WINE.

From its beginning, Paco & Lola has been actively involved in sustainable production through its integrated management of winegrape growing practices that ensure the maximum respect for the environment. We are one of three members of LIFE + Viñas Atlánticas ( LIFE + Atlantic Vineyards), an innovative project through which winegrowers are committed to minimizing the use of chemical products using a variety of techniques and coordinated actions within the Environmental Management System.

Cava (11.5% alc.).

Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.

Disgorging: from March 2015.

Ageing: at least 9 months in bottle.

Food pairing

Ideal with snacks and a variety of dishes: fish, seafood, light meats, pastas, rice, and salad.
