Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut (THE SKINNIEST PROSECCO) and NO added Sulphites

This is the Skinniest and driest Prosecco you can possibly get at only 3.5 grams of residual sugar per litre, which equates to only 0.42 grams of residual sugar in an average serving.

Fruity aromas of mainly citrus and peach. Very very fresh, lush mousse, a distinct minerality and a very fine perlage of small bubbles which prick the tongue.

A leading figure in the Valdobbiadene region, Perlage were the first Prosecco producer to receive organic certification in 1981, and also the first to receive biodynamic certification in 2005. Perlage now also produce the world’s only Prosecco made without the addition of sulphites.

Genesis is a Latin word that means creation and refers here to the birth of the newest member of Perlage’s range of Prosecco DOCG wines, the first Extra Brut.

The grapes are grown on the peaceful hills of Monfumo (Asolo) by the Ca’Corniani Cooperative and are now in conversion to organic status.
Ca’ Corniani is a farm that, over the years, has always paid careful attention to its surrounding area and the local community. Its 33 ha of hillside are given over to both animals and crops, using only organic methods, as well as involving disabled people in its activities.

Organic certified. Biodynamic and Vegan.

Serve at 4-6 °C.
