Col di Manza is the world’s first Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG to be made with biodynamic and organic grapes, but one of the few that can be considered a vintage, single vineyard CRU Prosecco within the ‘Rive di Ogliano’. Distinctive floral aromatic scents of yellow rose, orange zest and white acacia flowers combine with notes of peach and granny smith green apple. The overall effect is harmonious, rich and rewarding. This Prosecco is also Vegan certified.
Best as an aperitif or with white meats, or pasta with delicate sauces.
