Description
Matured 8 Months in French Oak barrels (From Allier Sur Lie) and 9 months in bottle from a 1.5 hectare CRU vineyard on the top south facing slopes of Zoppega Hill.
Brilliant gold colour with light amber tint. Fresh fruit forward aroma guided by hints of peach blossom, apricot, baked golden apple and spring flowers. Rich, juicy, creamy, yet dry and complex with a subtle spice from well integrated oak ageing.
Fantastic viscosity from the barrel aging. Dry 8 gms RS but extremely juicy. Definitely one to cellar
